Privacy Policy
QueKit is a memory app that helps you remember useful details about people, follow-ups, and conversations. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
QueKit uses the information you submit only to provide app features like memory organization, briefings, and Ask QueKit responses. We do not sell your personal information.
Information You Choose To Save
You may save names, contact details, relationships, memories, preferences, reminders, birthdays, notes, and other context about people. You control what you enter, import, edit, and delete.
Contacts
If you choose to import contacts, the app requests access to contacts on your device so you can select people to remember. Contact access is used to create or enrich your local people list. You can deny or revoke contact access in your device settings.
AI Organization
When you use AI organization features, the note you submit and limited related context may be sent to the QueKit API and our AI providers so the app can categorize facts, preferences, reminders, and briefings. You can turn AI features off at any time in Settings; when AI is off, your notes are not sent to the API. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed by these services.
Local Storage
The app is designed to keep your saved data on your device unless you choose to use network-backed features such as AI organization or purchases. Deleting the app or using the in-app delete controls may remove locally stored data.
Purchases And Subscriptions
If you purchase QueKit Pro, Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and entitlement information. QueKit uses that entitlement status to unlock Pro features. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Analytics And Diagnostics
The app and API may process basic technical information needed to run, debug, secure, and improve the service, such as device/app version, request timing, error logs, and provider status. We do not sell your personal information.
Your Choices
- You can edit or delete people, memories, reminders, and preferences in the app.
- You can disable contact access in iOS Settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account.
- You can choose not to use AI organization for private or sensitive notes.
Children
QueKit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
