These Terms of Use govern your use of QueKit, a memory and reminder app for remembering people, preferences, facts, and follow-ups. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use Of The App
You are responsible for the information you save in the app and for using QueKit lawfully and respectfully. Do not use the app to store or share information in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
AI Features
AI-generated categories, reminders, briefings, and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review important information before relying on it, especially for professional, health, legal, or financial decisions.
Subscriptions
QueKit may offer paid subscription features through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices, renewal terms, trials, and cancellation options are shown by Apple at purchase time. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple account according to Apple's terms.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the notes, contacts, memories, and other content you choose to save. You grant QueKit permission to process that content only as needed to provide app features you use, including AI organization when requested.
Availability
We aim to keep QueKit useful and reliable, but the app and AI features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Features may differ between free and Pro versions.
No Warranties
QueKit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QueKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
